Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jx789 online gaming platform, accessible at jx789.cam and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by jx789 ("jx789," "we," "us," or "our").

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acknowledgment, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other supplemental policies or game-specific rules published by jx789. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the jx789 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum age for participation in real-money gambling activities under Philippine law, consistent with regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Your use of jx789 does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in the jurisdiction where you are located at the time of access.
• You are not a current or former officer, director, employee, contractor, or agent of jx789, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless jx789 has granted express written consent for participation.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform and your account has not been suspended or terminated by jx789 for any breach of these Terms.

jx789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Where a Player's age or eligibility cannot be verified to jx789's reasonable satisfaction, jx789 may withhold or void any winnings generated during the period of unverified status, and shall not be liable for any resulting loss to the Player.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jx789, you must register a single individual account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading at the time of registration, and you undertake to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with jx789. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jx789 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jx789 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and direct Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Maximum deposit limits may be set at the account level and are subject to change by jx789 at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment instrument used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally feasible, to satisfy anti-money laundering requirements.
• Standard withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within an average of five (5) minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• jx789 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions for verified members. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers, if any, remain the responsibility of the Player.
• Withdrawal of funds to which bonus wagering requirements are still attached is not permitted until those requirements have been satisfied in full.
• jx789 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, KYC documentation, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

jx789 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General Bonus conditions applicable across all jx789 promotions, unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly stated.
• jx789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any applicable wagering requirements already being actively fulfilled by a Player shall be honoured.
• Only one Bonus may be active at any given time per account, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available only to Players who have not been identified as engaging in Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion. Unused Bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.

jx789 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus funds and associated winnings at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the Bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or through conduct that jx789 considers to constitute Bonus abuse.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jx789 Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are made available within the relevant game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any inconsistency between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game-specific rules expressly override a particular provision.

jx789 uses independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling involves risk, and the result of any individual bet or gaming session is subject to chance.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game — including but not limited to software failure, connectivity interruption, or display error — jx789 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and, where possible, restore the account to its pre-round state. jx789 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or funds arising from a technical malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jx789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and/or referral to law-enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, crawler, or other automated means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Exploiting software errors, mathematical vulnerabilities, or technical bugs to generate gains not intended by game design. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Systematically abusing promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour, as determined by jx789 at its reasonable discretion.
• Attempting to access restricted portions of the Platform or circumvent security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jx789 staff, support personnel, live dealers, or other members of the Platform community.

Account Suspension & Closure

jx789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC procedures within a reasonable period.
• Determination that a Player is ineligible to hold an account under these Terms, including but not limited to under-age gambling.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure that is attributable solely to jx789's decision and not to any breach by the Player, any verified balance remaining in the account shall be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Where closure results from a Player's breach of these Terms, jx789 reserves the right to withhold any or all account balances, including pending withdrawals.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jx789 support. Voluntary account closure does not extinguish any outstanding financial obligations between the Player and jx789.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from the Platform; create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software; or use the jx789 name, logo, or brand marks without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of jx789's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable laws. jx789 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jx789, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether jx789 was advised of their possibility.

jx789's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jx789 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jx789's liability for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from jx789's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jx789; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

jx789 processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as any other applicable data protection legislation. The manner in which jx789 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information is fully described in the jx789 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement.

By registering an account with jx789, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations. jx789 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Certain data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. All third-party data processors engaged by jx789 are contractually bound to data protection standards consistent with Philippine law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact jx789 in the first instance at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for jx789 to investigate and respond. jx789 aims to resolve all Player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jx789's internal complaints process, either party may submit the matter to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Philippines, or to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The language of arbitration or court proceedings shall be English.

Players retain the right to lodge complaints with PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

jx789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jx789 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players — either through a notification displayed upon login, an email to the address associated with the account, or a notice published on the jx789 website — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 8 of these Terms.
